The origin of the word 'education' is from the Latin root ‘Educare', which means 'to lead out or to bring forth'. The Guardian Angel Wildlife and Marine Trust believes that all children have the potential to learn and to gain knowledge. This innate potential just has to be brought out through positive and meaningful learning experiences. With this as our focus, the Guardian Angel Wildlife and Marine Trust organised a superb learning intervention which allowed the learners to question, to gain insight, and to interact with recognized experts in wildlife conservation, Ranger training, animal rescue and tree preservation. The initiative was a success story that will follow the learners back into their classrooms, and hopefully, to a future in nature conservation.
